A new beginners Sparring class kicked off tonight January 14th for the wannabe kickboxer and those who just wanted a few rounds of sparring - kickboxers met up to go through the do's and don't s for the class - so that every one knew what to expect for the next six weeks of intensive sparring.

This class is called stand still and pull a weird face….!!

Nope sorry its not that easy, this was week 1 of sparring and this was Sprinting, on the spot while punchING out with both hands..
Exhausting but it really gets the heart moving, and the adrenaline ready for action..
i think that night everyone was nervous but also eXcited at it being the first sparring class and were just wanting to get on with it..

Wrong again, Billy soon sorted us out to ensure we understood that this was a class to learn, and not just punch or kick the heck out of each other.

And its amazing just how much you can learn is such a short amount of time.
