There was an extra Sparring and training class on Monday 13th. All sparring classes who have completed any of their six weeks classes including fighters were welcome but only one took advantage of it that person was Mark1 aka The Bloginator. Even three of the fighters couldn't make it.

Additional training tomorrow night Tuesday at 6pm - if interested drop us a mail - please be at the gym on time and start with a couple of handy laps of the gym, we'll be away by 7.30 tops!
