Yet another beginners class kicked off 2012 with a bang as over 20 new budding fitness enthusiasts made their way to ProKick HQ to put their new year's resolutions into effect. The group are now embarking on a six week course that will take them throught the fundamentals of kickboxing 'the real thing'. Keep an eye on their progress here as the weeks progress.
