Johnny Smith in action - Forget Saturday Fight Night as it was full throttle for ProKick's up-n-coming kickboxing stars last night at the ProKick Kickboxing gym. Most fighters had a chance to challenge themselves in the ring (Wednesday) 13th October. It was an intensive Sparring/Fight night with Pre-Fight medicals to boot. First bout kicked off at 7.15pm running non-stop for two hours of heavy hitting action.

This exercise is geared to be as close to a fight as possible – medical staff are always in attendance with all participants going through a Pre-Fight medical. All fighters have a two or three round Bout/Spar with no winner declared. Matches are made by weight and experience.

NO Spectators except members of the sparring classes!. However ProKick members wishing to attend the next FIGHT NIGHT / SPARATHON as a spectator are requested to forward their names in advance.
