The Hitman Ken Horan was back in Belfast on a whistle stop tour. Ken and team Lauren, Deirdre and Ronnie where put through their paces in a hard pads session and after a short rest, hit the square ring for some heavy duty sparring ahead of their big matches in Galway April 18.

The quartet all had a number of rounds with a fresh man or woman to help push them to the limit and prepare them for the big event at the Kingfisher N.U.I Galway.
