it’s the end of the 6 weeks beginners sparring class. The fighters were all fired-up for their sparring round robin night and with 18 kickboxers all doing 18-by-2 rounds each I had my work cut out for me. On a good point the rounds were short and strictly light-ish contact it was really just for the experience of both myself and the people in the ring.
