Kickboxing Blis that is Mr And Mrs McCappin
Sunday peaceful Sunday – that was not the case at the Wilgar Street school of Kickboxing excellence - Kids Competitions on Saturday and grading to the next level on Sunday as a busy weekend for some juniors and senior members of the celebrated ProKick club. Sunday June 28, almost 50 adults were on advancing in their kickboxing skills.
ProKick kickboxing students moved up the next step up the ladder of excellence by taking their grading in Yellow, Orange and Green belt. “Congratulations to all the Kids and adult members who passed their grades. It’s a mark of their hard work, talent and application.” Said head coach Murray.
A grading is when KickBoxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing. This type of achievement would take, on average, between six and eight years.
