Kickboxing for fitness - and that's what they got - the new ProKick Kickboxers all finished their six week beginners course and now move to next level. Tonight (Thursday) saw the end of a SIX week kickboxing class close with a BANG. The eager high kickers all received a hard pads class assisted by Adam Turnbull and coach Billy Murray. All the class will now move onto the next level in the quest of kickboxing knowledge.
The graduates can all train twice a week which starts from next week Thursday the 15th at 7.30pm and Monday's at 6pm starting July 19th (check Timetable for advance beginners) - in the hopes of moving up the ladder of kickboxing excellence.
Well done to all who completed the 6 week course.
