Kickboxing for fitness - Oh Danny Boy. Danny wins beginners competition at the ProKick gym on the last night of their 6week course of beginners.
A New Beginners class have all finished 6 weeks of kickboxing for fitness at ProKick gym in Belfast - before the group finished their last class all took part in an exercise call 'ProKick Says' a favourite of the kids in the gym with a winner emerging, Danny. But this is not the end for the beginners' class as the group now move up the ladder of kickboxing excellence. The new graduates will move on to the next level - 'Advance Beginners'.

What happens now: - Kickboxers now sign up for our advanced beginners another 6 week course which will continue on the same night that you are training - Tuesday starting the 12th October at 8.30pm. This course will guarantee you eligibility to apply for your yellow belt (the first grade in the kickboxing ladder) grade.

The course costs the same as before giving you one class free. You will also have the opportunity to train one extra night a week at an additional cost of just £5 per class which will start soon in October- time and day to be confirmed.
