ProKick’s classes are all but done before the BIG man, SANTA, does his rounds to excited children all-over the world – there were a few bigger kids getting their own early Xmas presents, all who attended the class left with medals and trophies from an evening of FUN.

Mark Winters and Ross Hamilton became joint winners of the fitness competition when judges could not spit them in their floor style circuit exercises event, well done to the two beginners as they brushed aside top names in the sport - two to watch out for! It is a double win for Ross Hamilton as he graded to orange belt on Sunday.
