heres mikey and ricky in the ring at the beginners sparring final night.
you can see rickys stance holds him perfectly as he takes mikeys kick…if he was not standing correctly he would have been unstable, and unable to absorb the kick..
He is also well balance to push a counter punch..

you can almost see the red in mikeys eyes..
