Kickboxers earn their belts at the ProKick Gym. Adults at the kickboxing school of excellence advanced to the next level as they passed their grades in Yellow and Orange belts. Over 40 enthusiastic kickboxers strutted their stuff for over 2 hours to step up the ladder of excellence in the sport of kickboxing. Congratulations to all who took part.

lol Thanks for the fashion advice there Rico (your name is starting too suit you more and more!!), but let me explain the state of my nails!  When I’m nervous i bite my nails, but i was trying to grow them - so i started to pick off the polish instead!!!  I was so delighted to get my orange belt that my guard was down and hence the fashion faux pas grin

At least I’m not crying all the time cos I’m ‘hurt/injured’!  I think you must be too old for kickboxing, time for you to retire maybe????
