Lets hope there is no stop for the demand for the sport of ProKick kickboxing as the craze continues at the celebrated club when another 6 week course kicked off for the raw novice. The packed class kicked into action at the ProKick kickboxing school of excellence as the new beginners received their first taste of the sport working through fundamentals of fitness and elements of self defence.
