The demand for the sport of ProKick kickboxing continues at the celebrated club as yet another 6 week course kicked off FULL for raw novices. The packed class kicked into action as the new beginners received their first taste of the sport working through fundamentals of fitness and elements of self defence.
“It’s time to lose those extra pounds and get fit,” said Murray. “At ProKick we have a long reputation for taking everyone who comes through the doors and finding a regime that is right for them."
