New beginners sparring class kicked off tonight with 23 new wannabe kickboxers signing up for the 6 week course. The class got a rude awakening into the world of competition, first with a simple 2/3 of a mile sprint followed by a two minute fitness test. And didn’t they all do well. No one was sick.
