It was week three of the new beginners Sparring class kicked off on January 14th for the wannabe kickboxer and those who just wanted a few rounds of sparring -

third class was great, after that Fitness test, say no more..
we went into inside boxing,left and right rounhouse kicks to the knee then side, front kicks and close roundhouse kicks from the inside.

which was great and to use many different moves felt right..
inside boxing is certainly not my choice, i like distance then i strike..

everyone though has their own preferred technique..

whats yours?
