Sunday mornings is known, traditionally for taking it easy after a hard weeks work, but that was not the case for the ProKick Motley-Crew who will step into the ring over the next couple of weeks.

Dublin, Korea, Italy, Scotland and Belfast are just a few of the locations some of the squad will travel to.

Missing but still in action was Gary Hamilton, the Belfast world World champ is in Spain for a spell of hot weather training ahead of his up-n-coming bouts.

Missing from action this morning were Steve Kid and Barrie Oliver!
