ProKick member Stephen Dempsey kicks out on the last week of ProKick HQ's beginner sparring course. Stephen was one of 20 ProKick members of various levels who decided to take their training a little further and experience the contact side of the sport. This was not a fighter's course, but an instructional sparring class. The course is open to any ProKick member who has completed their 6 week beginner's course.
