The squad were invited to the Prokick gym for a special Sunday afternoon class to spar with world champion Gary Hamilton. And all of them did extremely well, they showed great promise and a hunger for the fight game. At this rate it won’t be long until we’re promoting a show in Lurgan with a full team from the area. A special thanks to the Well-Fit team and of course our Prokick instructor and WKN Irish super heavyweight champion ‘Big’ James Gillen, who is doing a fabulous job with the squad.”
