The squad were invited to the Prokick gym for a special Sunday afternoon class to spar with world champion Gary Hamilton. And all of them did extremely well, they showed great promise and a hunger for the fight game. At this rate it won’t be long until we’re promoting a show in Lurgan with a full team from the area. A special thanks to the Well-Fit team and of course our Prokick instructor and WKN Irish super heavyweight champion ‘Big’ James Gillen, who is doing a fabulous job with the squad.”

its possible ,i tryget a picture of me with my class , i am a portuguese fella tall 6.2 and short air years ago and i triened there in east belfast and live on hollywod rd close to gym some years ago 2005 to 2009 please i like so mutch of that foto and miss so mutch that times thanks for the time -(((( ProKick Edit)))))) Hi Poortins - Good to here from you, I have sent you an email.
