Biography
What got you interested in kickboxing?
I always liked training in the gym, but years of the same routine got boring and needed a change. I saw there was a 6 week beginners course advertised here and didn’t think twice. It’s the best thing I’ve done, I was hooked straight away. I have a few friends that have trained in Prokick over the years so I knew it was the best place to go to test myself.
What are your hobbies out side kickboxing?
I work a lot so that takes up a lot of my time, as does kickboxing and training. I like going out with friends and spending time with my family, I just recently got a wee pup, so lots of walks at the weekend. I love getting away, weekends and holidays, always thinking of where I’m going to visit next.
Favourite food?
I love my food but my favourite would have to be my dad’s pavlova…best there is.
Favourite healthy food.
I have porridge every morning without fail, with Blueberries, raspberries and honey. Love it J
