Nichola Crawford a Mortgage and Insurance Adviser from Belfast started ProKick over 12 years ago. “ I’ve always had an interest in martial arts and was considering joining Tae Kwon Do when a work colleague mentioned that she was starting a beginner’s course at Prokick, so I decided to tag along. That was over 10 years ago. As well as enjoying the obvious health benefits, I find it a great source of stress relief after a hard day in the office!”

What got you interested in kickboxing?
A girl I worked with joined and I came with her, she has moved on but I stayed.
What do you enjoy about it?
Self-defense and stress relief.
What are your future ambitions?
Ambition was to train up to Black belt, who knows what the future holds. Black Belt
What are your hobbies outside of kickboxing?
Socialising, watching too much mindless TV, listening to music, travelling and working way too hard!

Asian or Italian

Star wars, Matrix & Lord of the Rings

Jungle and old school

Thailand
What makes you annoyed?
Rude people, bad manners.

I am a Mortgage & Insurance Adviser at the Mortgage Shop.
