Before I started kickboxing at ProKick, I used to play football and played for Ballyclare Comrades - we won the Ulster Cup 97/98 - When I’m not training I enjoy spending time with friends, and watching movies.

What got you interested in kickboxing?
My brother John started at ProKick Gym. I joined him and enjoyed the fitness side of it. I also had an interest from watching Martial Arts films…now I know the moves!
What are your future ambitions?
To continue training and get my
black belt.
What do your family think of you kickboxing?
It keeps me out of their road!
What are your hobbies outside of kickboxing?
Outside of kickboxing I like to play football, go cycling and do a bit of clay pigeon shooting.

Steak and Pasta
Favourite Band or Music or Artist?
Credence Clearwater Revival
Favourite Movie?
Shawshank Redemption, the Kickboxer films, and the “Bourne” film series.
Favourite Holiday Destination?
Tenerife
What makes you annoyed?
Lazy and/ or self-involved people.
If you had Million Pounds what would you first buy?
A Liverpool season ticket, apartments in Liverpool and Tenerife, and anything needed for ProKick Gym.
What is your occupation/ job?
Warehouse Operative

I can`t wait to see the new HQ after the rebuild.
