Pauline started training in the Lisburn ProKick club back in 2002 when her friend asked her to go along for her first class for support. Pauline quickly became very keen on the sport and continued to train even after her friend decided it wasn’t for her. Shortly after her first grading she then moved to ProKick HQ in East Belfast so she could train a three nights a week. Pauline has been training constantly sinceShe reciieved her Black Belt August 2015, she even brought her grand-daughter Grace who also achieved Black Belt herself on the same day.

What got you interested in kickboxing?
I`ve always had an interest in martial arts and was a big fan of Bruce Lee,
What are your future ambitions?
My ambitions within ProKick was to achieve black belt, which i done who knows what the future holds and in life to enjoy everyday.
What do your friends/ family think of you kickboxing?
They are very supportive and proud of what I have already achieved.
What are your hobbies outside of kickboxing?
My other hobbies are Pilates and training at the gym, I also enjoy power-walking.

Steak, onions, and oven chips

Dirty Dancing

No particular song at the moment enjoy various types of music.

Dr. Hook
Favourite holiday destination?
Turkey
What makes you annoyed?
Lack of consideration for other people.
If you had a million pounds what would you buy first?
I`d buy my children a house each.
Do you have any kids?
Yes, two daughters.
What is your occupation/job?
Sales coordinator.
Other info?
I`m proud to say I have four grandchildren - two boys and two girls (one of whom also attends ProKick and is training towards her black belt).
