ProKick Bash 'n' Mash Night is a special gathering of the gym members for dinner, fights and sometimes club awards.The first Mash was held in 1993 and ProKIck have staged one every year since. We incorporated a Bash into the Mash in the early 00's and have special guests at every Bash n Mash since - from TV stars, pop idols, sporting heroes and politicians
