Yes the long awaited KickBoxing Mania sparring Video is finished, Last week it was a sparathon at the ProKick Gym as three classes collided and overlapped. This is a preview of the sparring DVD. Unfortunately there is a small cost of £5 payable directly to Fran just to say thanks as we wish her well as she is now finished and off on maternity leave.
