The driving element of all our young classes is fun. If the young members enjoy themselves first and foremost then the other elements of fitness and good diet become something they look forward to rather than as a chore. We have two levels of junior members; Kids classes take in 6-11 years old, Juvenile classes take in 12-15 year olds
None of our junior classes involve any sort of full-contact. Instead, our ProKick Kids learn basic strength and flexibility exercises and have fun learning some of the moves in kickboxing. In our experience, every parent has a different reason for bringing their children to the gym and we can deal with each of them. Our Motto is 'Truth, Discipline and Respect'
