The new 6 week course kicked off with a packed class of new beginners all keen about getting in shape or learning more about the sport of ProKick kickboxing.

Tonight at the ProKick HQ in east Belfast the new starts worked through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of self-defence all mixed in to the sport of kickboxing. We can also come up with a diet for those serious about getting in shape.
