ProKick Kickboxing Gym have an on-going series of ‘Get Fit’ campaigns running for 2015 - and here is another course which will help set you up for the rest of the year.
It is all in the form of a six-week course that will get not only newcomers in better shape, but stir some life into couch potatoes who need and want to get themselves in shape.
