Non competitor members had the chance to see the type of training that is needed to be a champion as they ran alongside those cramming in extra training before their up-n-coming fights.
The week-long hard physical training camp is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight and it is what's required to increase the fitness.
It will also help those who are just looking to get extra fit and will give an insight into what it takes to get fit to climb into the ring. The week-long hard physical training camp is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight and it is what's required to increase their fitness.
Day 7
The Final day - And where was are William? Sore knee it was reported..huh some people will say anything to get an extra hour in bed. Apart from William all were present and correct. It was a tough week, plenty of fines and penalties dished out but all and all the team enjoyed it and worked hard. Well done all hope to see you next time.
Day 6
Just tomorrow to go and this week's Boot Camp is over...yeeha ( just kidding) it has been a good Camp, tough but good!. All present and correct, makes a first.
Day 5
Monday Morning two on the missing list and another hard day at the Camp.
Day 4
Three missing on Saturday. Nothing new for Saturday's Boot Camp just hard work and lots of it. Sunday is rest day then we are back on Monday at 6am for more of the same.
Day 3
And the reappearance of legend Desi Mac, no excuse as he said he just slept in after a 16 hour work day. Neil's excuse was that his alarm didn't work, he could have bought a new one and avoided a fine, oh yeah and don't forget to pay your fines or there'll be another fine for a fine. Pawel was late again and this resulted in him being fired out the door to run 15 laps and fined.
It was a case of penalties galore for the non compliant wannabe kickboxers as rules were broken and they paid the penalty of extra laps of the gym. Until there was only 6 left - the magnificent 6.
Day 2
In the old ProKick house and what happened to Rocki Desi, no show, the legend himself would never sleep in. Desi is normally there at 5am pounding the streets before everyone else. Also on the missing list was Neil Bingham. Pawel Gorka was late.
Day 1
The Bird brothers were on the missing list, at least they called in 5 mins before the camp started - tough though still fined! Put petrol in the car the night before Mark.
Comments
Well thankfully it was not the last class i missed but only the Penultimate..
Todays class was the Final one for this round of Boot Camp and boy was it a hard morning of gruelling fitness…but so worth the effort, sometimes when you think you possibly have nothing left you find that little bit more just to get you to the finish…
I hope if your contemplating giving the Boot Camp a go that you just go for it and sign up, its totally worth it and so rewarding..

Who would have thought it, attending every boot camp morning, come rain or wind only to miss the last morning…
Now normally its a 5am wake up call, but we all have the odd blip on our records, theres sleeping in (normally 10-15mins) and theres a Marks sleeping in (8.15am)..thats an incredible massive embarassingly 3hrs and 15 minates late..
No excuse, i just did not wake up…so its a few laps of the Gym tonight i think…
Sorry Mr M’s

That was a tough mornings Boot Camp, it was non stop breath taking exercise and as above has said, if you messed up you were kicked out the door to run run run…
Thankfully i was one of the last 6, though maybe it would have been easier running as i think i was totally BUSTED at the end of it all….
Talk about a tough physical regime desiged to get you fit, and although im no stranger to these boot camps i do think they are getting harder, or am i just losing it..lol
Well done everyone who is taking part and remember, dont be late or you will be doing laps from the start…
And if your wanting to give it a go, then sign up for the next Boot Camp.

ok lets see if this mornings report has no spelling mistakes unlike yesterdays..
Well Thursday Morning and Boot Camp waits for no man or women, so if your laTe or no show your named and shamed…
The class was quite full this motrning, Crazy particularly as it was 5.50am.
4 laps of the Gym then inside for Shadow Boxing and Circuits…Yuck..
I found the circuits tight this morning but persevered through it all, Despite Pawel Landing on both my Shins…
Yeah its hurting now though..
Then outside for more Laps to finish of this morninigs Boot Camp..
When its over you feel such an acheivment and glad you crawled out of bed into the cold miserable morning….
Now its shower, coffee and work..
Cheers Both Mr M’s
