DAY 4: Thursday 17th Feb - week two of February's Boot Camp continued with a harder and back to normal Boot Camp - Sprints all morning which was the duration of this mornings session. Gary Hamilton was back and on form! Yes it's tough but so is fighting in the ring - this is a no-nonsense training regime that guarantees results whatever your goal may be! And it won't crippling your pocket. Well done Johnny Smith on your new Nose job...some say it looks no different. Karl said you were up late last night hence no show this morning!

Day 3: Week two of February's Boot Camp continued with the lighter than normal approach - the team started with light shadow boxing, stretching and then fast pad work which was the during of the session - finishing with just one lap. Where is Gary Hamilton he has been on the missing from Tuesday? Yes it's tough but so is fighting in the ring - this is a no-nonsense training regime that guarantees results whatever your goal.

Good luck to Johnny on his Nose job today at the Ulster Hospital - Gary Fullerton said, ' why did he miss Boot Camp this morning - his Operation is not until 9am!?

DAY 2: February's Boot Camp continued with a lighter than normal approach - just shadow boxing - laps and a 15 minutes straight circuit . Some said today that it was slightly harder than yesterday...don't get too comfortable though!. 

Started TODAY and it all kicked  off at 6am Monday 14 and will run until the 18th February 2011

DAY 1: And it all started with a handy day back - just 30 minutes of gym work with the last 15 minutes on the road then home. Some said, the easiest and most relaxed day to-date.

Below is some news from Feb's first Boot Camp:-  

DAY 4: Feb 4th - This is the last day of Boot Camp this week, so sleep well Campers you've all worked had. Just two missing but excuse notes had already been handed in ahead of today's Bootie.

Tough day for the Camp as the team were spilt into two groups - whilst one where out pounding the streets the other hit the bags then a fast change around and the same again and again - some said after, it was their hardest day yet!. 

No Boot Camp Saturday, however we'll have a run into town next Thursday, more on that later...enjoy the weekend!  

DAY 3: Feb 3rd - we started the day off with laps of the gym and then more laps.- before concentrating on circuit training, bag training and the camps respite inbetween stations was the dreaded star jumps, pres sups and multiple knees.

Full camp today which was nice to see. No fines were implemented though as candidates stated they would be on the missing list for yesterday.

Unfortunately tomorrow (Friday) is the last day of this week's Boot Camp. However we will make up the day in the middle of next week on our week off for a run into town. Or for some, not picking on Jonny Wightman, a lift back from town. 

DAY 2: Feb 2nd Here we go already - 2 on the missing list and we're only the second day into our February Boot Camp - Sprints today, fastest time Karl McBlain with 1 minutes 57 seconds on the clock - Great job Karl.

Johnny Wightman on the missing list again, and brother Carl with a C also missing. Their friend Steve said that they are both taking a break for a week, well hello... what did we have last week? Some people need a fortnight to recover.

Rocky Desi put in an hour of running before Boot camp, the 65 year old was seen at 5.30am this morning over a mile away from the gym, heading in the oppositie direction. Desi what is going on???? Is the boot camps not tough enough, if not we will step up the mark. Or are you training for the Olympics.

DAY 1:  Feb 1st  Some new faces at Boot Camp this morning and some real old one's too - no it was not Rocky Desi, more as the week goes on.
