DAY 4. Starts Monday 6am 31st May - 'Be late at your own cost!
DAY 3. A total of four were missing from action and some said it was a good job for them that they were. Sprints, sprints and more of them. There was no real outstanding times this morning more complaints about sore limbs and that is understandable. This week's star sprinter young David 'High-flier Bird was injured but still managed to turned up and helped out. New fighter Michael S took a Swann-dive and couldn't run ( even though he tried) after heavy low-kick sparring last night, good attempt Michael. Rest your tired and weary limbs, Boot Camp returns Monday 6am 31st May.
DAY 2. Two on the missing list but three new Campers joined the camp. Mark Bird was back to his nearly best with a time of 2.12 but young brother David was the consistent one today. Well done to the new guys who have started good to see Mr Ladies and gentlemen back aka Stephen Weatherup.
DAY 1. Boot Camp Started Tuesday 25 May - 17 turned up with some late comers joining in on Wednesday. Easy-ish first day. best timed lap young David Bird 2.11, brother Mark has bombed out 2.40 something what's that tell us
If you want to take part in a no nonsense all action physical Boot Camp add your name in the comment box and submit and you'll start Tuesday 25th 26th and Thursday the 27th and restarts Monday 31st May and ends 1st of June. The Boot Camp may proceed until the end of the week the 4th of June. We will see what fit state our Campers are in first before all is confirmed.
