Yes guys, if you attended the Boot Camp last week then It's back to early morning training as another installment of Billy's Boot Camp starts up where we left off. Boot Camp starts at 6am in the bright mornings. This is the type of thing that is necessary if you want to get fit. The week-long hard physical training camp is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight and it is what's required to increase the fitness. It is ideal to help those who are just looking to get really fit for summer. This type of training will give an insight into what it takes to get fit to climb into the ring.
