The experienced featherweight champ says the promising Frampton is the "hardest hitting' super-bantamweight he has encountered.
"I have sparred guys of all weights in my career and there is no doubt Frampton is the toughest so-called small light fighter I have met. He's got a demon of a left hook and he will go all the way. He can also make bantamweight and if he fights at that level he will break people up with the body punch power he has."
Hamilton is no stranger to speedy recoveries; the Belfast fighter is made of sterner stuff. Having suffered an ankle break in 2005 the featherweight fought 3 weeks after sustaining the break which was in two places on a LIVE TV event at the Odyssey Arena.
Lets hope he can do the same for the 21st in Holland on the Ernesto Hoost Showtime event.
