CrossFit Resplendent are the latest business to sponsor a ProKick fighter for a title fight at the much anticipated KICKmas event, and owner Mark Roseberry will administer CrossFit`s unique training drills to Johnny ahead of his big fight for the Amateur Super welterweight International title.

The Bangor Man Smith, will subject his opponent, Nunzio Zambataro (Belgium) to 4×2 min rounds fought K1 style under Oriental rules, but those 8 minutes may feel like downtime to Johnny Smith after the gruelling program he`ll be put through by Mr Roseberry and Mr Murray. Together CrossFit Resplendent and ProKick will produce a fusion of forces that push Johnny to take the International title he craves for Christmas.
