The new 6 week kickboxing course kicked off with a packed class of new beginners all keen about getting in shape or learning more about the sport of ProKick kickboxing.

Tonight, Tuesday 21st April 2015 was at the ProKick HQ in east Belfast and the new high kickers worked through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of self-defence which was all mixed into tonights class of kickboxing. At ProKick, we can also come up with a diet plan for those serious about getting in shape.

ProKick Gym in east Belfast have launched another class in the series of ‘Get Fit’ campaigns for 2015 – the six-week course will help whip beginners into shape and stir some life into those couch potatoes who want to get themselves in shape and ready for the rest of the year ahead.
