Put my name down please - I really want to get super fit, had a few classes a few (got to green belt) years ago and loved them, work got in my way then. Most say, it was the best fitness work I’ve very had and am sorry I had to stop. really missed it and even though I’ve tried other forms nothing comes close to you guys. I’ll be in touch soon and I hope I’m permitted to train with you again.
