This regime is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight. ‘Billy’s Boot Camp’ the Wide Awake Club - 6am in the fresh and dark open air; this is the type of thing that needs to be done if you want to become super FIT.
And it all starts Monday the 2nd 2012 at 6am and will run through to Friday 6th January 2012
Are you prepared to do what it takes to get super fit? Then here’s an opportunity you should not refuse. Join other wannabe fitness hopefuls who will sign-up as they focus on their weight, stamina, fitness and strength training for a better start for 2012 and kick-off the New Year with a bang. And for some get an idea what it is like to train like a fighter, the only difference is, you won't take the knocks.
The ProKickers will show their dedication to get fit by signing up for the week-long camp: Coach Murray believes it’s the best thing if you want to get fit “nothing beats early morning training, you will feel the benefits in just one week. You will train like professional athletes and will see amazing results in just a few days.

With every extreme fitness programme there are extreme penalties in place for these who are late or if you don’t show after signing up for the week-long camp.

Hey Stuart - the whole idea behind the Boot Camps is to get those who have a poor to an okay level of fitness, FITTER!
And for the others who have a good level even fitter, read some of the articles on this site just type in Boot Camp on our home page. If you want to get fit or even fitter I recommend you give it a go.
