ProKick Kids Classes: The Kids classes at the ProKick Gym are extremely successful with approximately 100 kids every Saturday morning - a new structure and time slots is now up and running , April 25th kicked it off.

The class levels will be
10am - 10.45am Beginners and Yellow belt
10.45am - 11.30am Orange and Green
11.30am - 12.15pm Blue and above

May 2nd Geneva - Fight promoter Carl Emery promoted a superfight between WKN world champion, Belfast's Gary Hamilton and current European Champion Patrick Kinigimazi in Geneva May 2nd. ProKick's heavyweight Pawel Gorka also took part in his first international bout.

ProKick fighters will compete in London

Adult Beginner kickboxing classes: If you don’t want to be left behind by your children in the kickboxing phenomenon you too can sign up for a beginners kickboxing course and experience what they are. Our next new adult beginner’s class at the ProKick HQ starts will start at the end of May-   no time-slot has been allocated at present. 

The end of May ProKick fighters will head to Corsica to take part in this years Corsica Cup.
