The level 2 sparring course will focus on the low leg kick style of kickboxing as well as the traditional Full Contact Style. Members will also have the opportunity to improve ringcraft, work on their stamina and get valuable experience.
For the many of you wishing to take part in the next new Beginners sparring then details will be here very soon.
ProKick members are advised to take out personal insurance before joining the sparring class. ProKick are not accountable for any injuries sustained in the sparring classes.

yeah ricky i totally agree, we all know exactly what we need to do but when its quick and all together it can be confusing, but im sure as you rightly said, it should start to take shape and come more naturally.
i know i have my own issues with moves and although i know how to do it, its always that last little part that makes the move..for me its when im not using any force it seems harder, but that takes practice..
tonight felt really good though, like a proper fighters class as we were learning what we need to know from kicks and then blocking those kicks in readiness for that counter…
i feel im getting well into it now, but get pretty miffed when i know ive made errors…
Looking forward to thursday class, then its the covetted BASH N MASH
