<p><img src="https://prokickarchive.com/uploaded/general/prokickLogo.gif" /></p> <p>Tonight kicks off the Level 2 sparring class but for some it all started last Wednesday as it was a case of déjà vu when asked to do it all over again in the ring but over a longer duration - a 2-by-2 minute round bout.
