Billy’s Boot Camp Is Back! - And there were a few surprise guest appearances too! 20 keep fit fanatics crawled out of bed on on their day off - Bank Holiday Monday for one hour of non-stop fitness work. The week-long hard physical training, similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight. It will also whip those people who are just looking to get extra fit and will give those an insight into what it take to get fit to climb into the ring. 6am in the not-so-bright open air; this is the type of thing that needs to be done if you want to become super FIT. And it all started TODAY Monday 31st August at 6am.
