The monthly competition has become an important part of the ProKick calendar. The ProKick gym’s young students, aged from 6 to 12, take part in the fun day which is called ‘Prokick Says’, and is based on the old playground game ‘Simple Simon Says’ along with other fitness and exercise type tests.</p> <p><a href="https://prokickarchive.com/news/article/kickboxing-mad-kids">View this article</a></p>
