Twenty started and 16 finished ProKick's Boot Camp, a training camp for hard-core fitness fanatics wanting to get super FIT!. August 2nd, and today's Camp started with shadow boxing, stretching, and a light warm-up and then the entire session was spent on fast boxing drills on the pads. Well done to all the squad who completed Billy's Boot Camp, a ProKick's training session for our hard-core fitness fanatics. NEXT CAMP IS SATURDAY MORNING AUG 3rd > and at a more respectable time of 9am.
