<p><img src="https://prokickarchive.com/uploaded/general/prokickLogo.gif" /></p> <p>Finished, done and dusted, yes it's all over bar the shouting and of course the fight in the ring! The last new Breed training session is finished - nearly three months of running, jumping, punching, kicking, shouting, screaming, but no swearing was completed today Wednesday 9th April 2014. There was a sense of accomplishment tonight as cheers and clapping ring out when everyone heard that the training was finished. Well done to all who attended all the training and seen it through from the first class to the last. An old saying 'Train Hard and Fight easy' It's never easy, what about all the hard days and nights of sweating that went before the FIGHT!
