Some of the Level 2 Sparring class had an opportunity to share the ring with Galways favourite son and after sharing the ring with the Hitman, things only got better.

First up was Ian Young with low leg kick style sparring, Ian put the lads through their paces and a few of the guys met the canvas with a bump. And if that wasn't enough for the eager level 2 class they met the sledgehammer himself, No Joke Jess.
