No April Fool at the ProKick Gym as level 2 sparring class were asked to be at the fighters for their final night of the 6 week course. First up was Ian Young with low leg kick style sparring, Ian put the lads through their paces and a few of the guys met the canvas with a bump. And if that wasn't enough for the eager level 2 class they met the sledgehammer himself, No Joke Jess.
