First New Kickboxing Class of 2010 - Lets hope there is no stop for the demand for the sport of ProKick kickboxing as the craze continues from 2009 right through to now at the celebrated club as another 6 week course kicked off for the raw novice. The packed class kicked into action at the ProKick kickboxing school of excellence as the new beginners received their first taste of the sport working through fundamentals of fitness and elements of self defence.
