The last kickboxing class of 2009 took place on Wednesday 30-12-09 - and it just happened to be a sparring class full of the festive cheer. Experienced fighters to the raw novice kicked up a friendly storm as all levels had a chance to share the ring.

WELL done to those who attended the last class at ProKick in 2009.

Four new novice kickboxer from the sparring classes have now put their names in the mix for the Next Generation set for March 2010.

Happy new year to one and all lots of love and happiness for 2010
