Kids In Kickboxing Sparring Class - It was Saturday morning and the advanced kids class were out in force for a day focused on sparring, competition and FUN. it was sparring day at the ProKick Gym in Belfast with top instructor Billy Murray as he over-seen the hour-long sparathon.

There was two winners that emerged with both girl standing-out from the rest on the day - Niamh Dougal and Niamh O’Brian were both chosen as the overall winners.

The pair of high-kickers who are both green belt showed the best all-round technical ability.
